1. Free trial
You are never charged during the 14-day free trial. If you do not choose a plan, your trial simply ends.
2. Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month, and we do not charge you again.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a prorated refund of unused months. After 30 days, the plan remains active until the end of the term.
4. Service issues
If we fail to meet the uptime SLA for your plan, you are eligible for service credits as described in your agreement.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or call (619) 361-4360 with your account email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
