These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website and Catalyst platform provided by Elkouds Analytics LLC, a company located in Waldorf, Maryland. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Free trial and subscriptions
Trials last 14 days. Paid subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually at the published price until cancelled. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes.
4. Payments and cancellation
Fees are billed in advance. You may cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe others’ rights, to distribute malware, to attempt unauthorized access, or to resell the Services without written permission.
6. Your data
You retain all rights to data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, software, logos and content are owned by Elkouds Analytics LLC and protected by law. No rights are granted except as stated in these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
